GAME OF THE WEEK: Bishop McDevitt vs. State College: Unbeaten Crusaders to a trip up to State College to take on the 7-1 Little Lions, and State College didn’t go down without a fight.
York vs. South Western: The Mustangs and Bearcats were both looking to bounce back after tough losses in week 8.
Red Land vs. Shippensburg: Shippensburg ran up the scoreboard and knocked out a big win.
Lancaster Catholic vs. Annville-Cleona: Lancaster Catholic’s Kyle Smith came into the game with 94 TDs, tying Manheim Township grad Pat Bostick. By the time the night was over, Smith made PIAA history and notched 4 more on the record.
Lebanon vs. Manheim Central: The Barons may have been wearing pink socks (for Breast Cancer Awareness), but that didn’t stop them from lighting up the scoreboard!
Penn Manor vs. Wilson: 1st place Bulldogs and 2nd place Comets went head-to-head and this game went down to the last second!
Delone Catholic vs. York Catholic: It was a battle for the York-Adams D3 title, but who would be the champ?
Northern vs. Susquehanna Township: Hanna found a spark in their offense in the second half to rally past the Polar Bears big time.
East Pennsboro vs. Steel-High: The Rollers played host to East Penn and they had the moves to roll on to a win.
Hempfield vs. Warwick: Both teams came in on the cusp of the district playoffs and to make the postseason, one of them would have to win out the rest of the year.
Trinity vs. Palmyra: In this monster Mid-Penn matchup between a pair of division leaders, defense was the name of the game early on.
Eastern vs. Littlestown: The Thunderbolts were charged up for a visit by Eastern York, and they owned the scoreboard.
Dallastown vs. Spring Grove: The Wildcats spoiled an evening at home for the Rockets.
Cumberland Valley vs. Cedar Cliff: The Eagles pulled out all their weapons and dominated the Colts.
Conestoga Valley vs. Cocalico: Both teams loooove to run the ball and while it was a high-scoring game, find out what happens when these L-L chargers square off against one another!
Middletown vs. Milton Hershey: We end the rundown with an OT thriller in the Mid-Penn. You’ll never guess who came out on top!
